20010 Disaster Security - Texas Level 3 Security Officers
We are currently looking to add Texas Level 3 qualified officers to our 2010 disaster security database for potential deployment. This is not a notice for formal hiring, but a notification soliciting qualified officers that would be interested in this type of work if deployment was requested.
The following requirements / qualifications are required:
- Meet all suitability and training requirements
- Be a citizen of the United States
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to withstand the physical demands of the job
- Be able to respond to emergency situations
- Possess, at a minimum, either a high school diploma or GED equivalency certificate
- Successful completion of Police Officer's Standard Training (POST) course, OR completion of a security guard company certification course
- Three years of security experience OR three years of Military or National Guard (active duty or reserve) experience within the past seven years
- Posses a valid state driver's license
- Current Level 3 commission in Texas
