Stephanie Point
Chief Executive Officer
Stephanie Point is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors. She started Point 2 Point after 25 years of combined law enforcement and executive security management experience.
She served as a Police Officer and Detective for LAPD and the Bell Gardens Police Department in Los Angeles California for over 10 years. During her time as a detective, Ms. Point worked in several specialized investigative units such as forgery, fraud, robbery and homicide. After honorably retiring from a service related injury, Ms. Point went on to develop and operate several global security companies.
A native of Dallas, TX Ms. Point attended the University of Wisconsin – Stout and University of Minnesota where she pursued a degree in Pre-Law and Psychology. Ms. Point is a co-founder and member of P2P Holdings, LLC which has businesses and investments in the energy/renewable energy industries; and is a Partner in Serve International, LLC.
Michael West
President and COO
Michael West is the President and COO of Phoenix, MD-based Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc. and Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors. He joined P2P in September 2008 after a fifteen (15) year career at Hunt Valley, MD-based Dunbar Armored, Inc.
At Dunbar Armored Inc., Mr. West most recently led its Global Logistics division as the Vice President & General Manager, while serving on Dunbar’s Executive Committee. At Dunbar Global Logistics, he was responsible for planning corporate strategy, business development and implementing operations in the United States, Canada, Central America, South America, Europe and Asia. In addition, Mr. West led all sales and operations activities, including the management of the company’s key accounts.
Mr. West oversees the execution of Point 2 Point's aggressive growth plan in the commercial and government sectors, including its GSA Schedule, operations expansion, teaming agreements and holds a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance. Mr. West is a co-founder and member of P2P Holdings, LLC.
A native of Annapolis, MD, Mr. West graduated from Towson State University with a B.S. in Business Management; minor in Finance. Mr. West and his wife Sandy have three children.
Gina Howard
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Gina Howard is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc. She accepted her role in April 2011. Ms. Howard oversees the execution of Point 2 Point's nationwide sales and marketing strategy.
Prior to joining P2P, Ms. Howard held executive level sales and management positions with fortune 500 companies such as OCE Business Services, and IKON North America. While serving as National Sr. Executive Analyst, she received the highest award given by Corporate Clients of one of the oldest and most respected Management consulting firms in the U.S and Canada.
Ms. Howard is from Houston Texas, where she received her bachelor of Business Administration from University of Houston. Ms. Howard is a member of the American Society of Training and Development, Women in Communications-Dallas, Houston and Austin chapters, and an active participant in WBENC.
Cindy Blevins
Vice President of Field Operations
Cindy Blevins is the Vice President of Field Operations of Phoenix, MD-based Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc. She joined P2P in November 2006 after a thirteen (13) year career in the food industry with TIC GUMS, Baltimore Spice and Pepsi Bottling Group.
At TIC GUMS, she was an integral part of the development and implementation of ISO 9001 and held various management positions, including Quality Control Supervisor. At Baltimore Spice, Inc. (BSI) and Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) she served as the Quality Assurance Manager and was recognized for improving nationwide quality at her plants. While at BSI and PBG, she was successful at improving quality control systems and overall product quality, while limiting yield loss to a minimum.
In her role at Point 2 Point, Ms. Blevins manages nationwide key account operations, new account transition, field training execution and development, OnPoint technology integration and all support services, including: Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Customer Service, Compliance and Quality Assurance. Ms. Blevins attended Towson State University, studying Biology, with a concentration in Microbiology and emphasis in Chemistry.
Eric Love
Regional Vice President of Operations
Mr. Love served as a certified police officer for the State of Texas. During his career in law enforcement, Mr. Love accumulated over 1350 hours of service related training. He achieved certification as a crime prevention specialist while serving in a variety of units to include investigations, OSHA safety management, public speaking and department safety video production. After numerous accommodations for superior service and promotions, Mr. Love went on to retire with the rank of Sergeant.
In his role, Mr. Love manages P2P's operations and the staff throughout the State of Texas and supports nationwide projects, including client relations, special projects and the company's National Command Center based in Dallas, TX.
